Are you a co-active coach about to dive into the certification program? Or maybe you are contemplating whether certification is the right, next step for you? More and more companies and decision makers require an ICF approved qualification and qualifying as a CPCC is held in extremely high regard.
Having a CPCC coach for the duration of certification is a requirement, but beyond that, how do you choose a coach? The right coach for you? This is powerful journey and big commitment. They need to give 110% to your 110%.

My name’s Phil Askew and a I coach individuals through the Certification process. I make up that you chose to be a coach to make a real difference in the world? Whether that be the lives of individuals working with corporations or being at the fore front of inciting a new world-view. Where ever a co-active coach touches the life of another, it enables transformation, its a gift and I want you to excel at doing that.
I am passionate about change-makers. The more that exist in the world, the better from my perspective! You as a co-active coach are at the cutting edge of this movement.
What do I bring as a coach?

How much?
Package One-Basic:
- Standard Discovery Session £150+
- 6 Months Certification Coaching and Mentoring @£125 per month (1 session per month)
- 1 Completion session £125
- Unlimited email support in between sessions.
- TOTAL: £1025
This is the basic requirement time for working with your CPCC coach in certification.
Package Two-Intensive:
- Standard Discovery Session £150+
- 6 Months Certification Coaching and Mentoring @£250 per month (x2 sessions per month)
- 1 Completion session £125
- One 15 minute “laser” session available per month.
- Unlimited email support in between sessions.
- TOTAL: £1775
This package would suit you if you wanted a fuller coaching relationship with more frequent sessions, mentoring and support.
