Hi, I’m Phil Askew. I’m a Co-active life coach.
My background has always found me in the thick of creativity. I’ve had 18+ years of experience in the field, I’ve been a Graphic Designer, a Web Designer, a creative team manager and a freelance Photographer. A true sense of fulfillment, real meaning and a connection to my purpose came when I discovered Life Coaching. After watching a very inspirational short film by a wonderful Life Coach, Lee Chalmers a few years back. At that moment, something fell into place. I felt utterly compelled to pursue coaching for myself, both as a client and training to become a Co-active life coach. I haven’t looked back! I have completed Unitive Coach training with one of the pioneers in coaching, Charles Bentley. I have also successfully undergone the Co-Active Coaching curriculum with the Coaches Training Institute CTI. I am also a member of the ICF or International Coaches Federation
My journey with coaching has led to the peeling back of layers to really reveal my possibilities. I hadn’t even known these were available to me before, both creatively and in the every-day aspects of my life. I experience a richer, more resonant, wholly creative and fulfilled “self” and work with others to attain this too. The voyage of discovery never stops though, it’s from this perspective that I work with my clients, to gain greater momentum, clarity of what truly makes them “buzz” and the impetus to get them there.
